STRONGER Podcast
As Director of Content of LIVESTRONG.com, I led the strategy and production for a sponsored podcast series.
I did stakeholder interviews — with the sponsors and our internal leadership — to gage their expectations of the content. I also did a competitor audit to identify gaps in the health podcast space, and determined a style (in-depth interviews with influencers), tone, (informative like the rest of our content but conversational) and voice (authoritative but still relatable) that resonated with our audience.
There series was incredibly successful: each episode had an average of 12.5k downloads, and the sponsor asked for a second series.
